ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Bailey Lechner-Luke, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS).

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, mood disorders, and difficult life transitions. My background includes community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice, and I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and stages of life.

I have a particular interest in understanding how our experiences, relationships, and environments influence the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I believe therapy can help us make sense of those experiences while creating opportunities for greater understanding and change. I want you to feel comfortable talking openly about what you are experiencing without fear of judgment. I will take the time to understand your experiences and what you want from therapy, while also gently challenging you when it may help you recognize patterns or see something from a different perspective. Therapy should feel personal to you, so I draw from different approaches based on your needs rather than expecting one method to work for everyone.

In addition to my clinical work, I teach and train future substance use and mental health counselors and provide clinical supervision to counselors in training who serve members of the community. These roles allow me to support the development of future counselors while staying connected to the work happening in the mental health field.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with my family, and being with my cats.

Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or simply want to better understand yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you can be yourself and work toward the changes that matter to you.
